PC-CF is carbon-fibre-filled polycarbonate. Makers sell it for rigid functional parts and structural components needing heat resistance and dimensional stability. It is amorphous as printed, so it softens at its glass transition: its HDT at 0.45 MPa is 119–140 °C. On the H2C it prints at 275–290 °C, most products need a hardened nozzle, and some ask for bed or chamber heat beyond the H2C's limits.
Partly documented Notched Charpy impact and price rest on 1 product each, tensile modulus (XY) and HDT at 0.45 MPa on 4 products each and tensile strength (Z) is not published. Each figure is the median of the products that publish it comparably, and beside it the middle half of them; a value on a test bar no document describes as printed, or with no stated test load, is set apart, except a heat deflection of a plastic that cannot crystallise, which its glass transition sets, unless its document points to a moulded or resin bar.

Among the materials
Carbon fibre raises PC's HDT at 0.45 MPa by 5 °C: PC-CF's HDT at 0.45 MPa is 128 °C against 123 °C. Carbon fibre raises PC-ABS's HDT at 0.45 MPa by 16 °C: PC-CF's HDT at 0.45 MPa is 128 °C against 112 °C. Among the materials, PC-CF has a high tensile modulus (XY), tensile strength (XY) and price, and a low elongation at break (XY): each is in the top or bottom quarter of the materials that publish it. The rest of its key properties sit in the middle half.
PC-CF costs more than PC, PC-ABS and PET-CF and others but is less tough in notched Charpy than PC-ABS, PA12-CF and PA6-CF

Mechanical properties
Printed flat (XY), PC-CF typically reaches a tensile strength of 70 MPa at a modulus of 4.65 GPa, and breaks at 2.1 % elongation. In bending, its flexural strength is typically 89 MPa at a flexural modulus of 3.7 GPa.
PC-CF's products spread most in tensile modulus: the middle half runs 2.98–6.39 GPa
