Bambu Lab, PA6-GF official maker product pagep. 1: exact product features/description/application tips, source text line 122 - Printing advice
Placing the printed part in a convection oven set between 80 to 130 degrees Celsius for 5 to 12 hours can further enhance the strength and rigidity of the print. Note: The effectiveness of this process depends on the structure, size, and conditions of the printed model. Some models may warp or deform after annealing. For more details, please refer to: Work after Printing Finished on WIKI.

What the maker says (9)
- Adhesion between layers
The material exhibits excellent thermal and mechanical properties without sacrificing the layer adhesion.
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25p. 1 - Moisture sensitivity
Fiberon™ PA6-GF25 is sensitive to moisture and should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%).
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25p. 1 - Nozzle wear
Normally, the life of a brass nozzle would be approximately 9h.
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25p. 1 - Nozzle wear
Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing Fiberon™ PA6-GF25.
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25p. 1 - Nozzle wear
A wear-resistance nozzle, such as hardened steel and ruby nozzle, is highly recommended to be used with Fiberon™ PA6-GF25.
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25p. 1 - Supports and removal
Otherwise, the support structure can be permanently bonded to the model.
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25p. 1 - Supports and removal
If Fiberon™ PA6-GF25 is used as the support material for itself, please remove the support structure before excessive moisture absorption.
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25p. 1 - Good for
Exceptional Strength, Stiffness, and Heat Resistance Fiberon™ PA6-GF25 is a glass fiber reinforced PA6 (Nylon 6) filament containing 25% glass fiber by weight. This advanced composite material delivers outstanding mechanical strength, high stiffness, and excellent thermal properties, making it ideal for demanding engineering, automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications.
Polymaker, FIBERON PA6 GF25 official maker product pagep. 1: exact product Description/Printing Requirements/FAQ; source text line 193 - Pitfalls and limitations
Moisture conditioning refers to allowing the print to absorb moisture. This is inevitble since nylons are hygroscopic, but you can expedite the process by keeping the print in a high humidity climate, or submerging them in water, for 48 hours. All of our test specimens were annealed at 100˚C for 16 hours, and then immerged in water at 60˚C for 48 hours. The average moisture content of specimens is 2.57%.

What the maker says (9)
- Adhesion between layers
The material exhibits excellent thermal and mechanical properties without sacrificing the layer adhesion.
Polymaker, PolyMide PA6 GFp. 2 - Moisture sensitivity
PolyMide™ PA6-GF is sensitive to moisture and should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%).
Polymaker, PolyMide PA6 GFp. 5 - Nozzle wear
Normally, the life of a brass nozzle would be approximately 9h.
Polymaker, PolyMide PA6 GFp. 5 - Nozzle wear
Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing PolyMide™ PA6- GF.
Polymaker, PolyMide PA6 GFp. 5 - Nozzle wear
A wear-resistance nozzle, such as hardened steel and ruby nozzle, is highly recommended to be used with PolyMide™ PA6-GF.
Polymaker, PolyMide PA6 GFp. 5 - Supports and removal
Otherwise the support structure can be permanently bonded to the model.
Polymaker, PolyMide PA6 GFp. 5 - Supports and removal
Recommended support material PolyDissolve™ S1
Polymaker, PolyMide PA6 GFp. 5 - Supports and removal
If PolyMide™ PA6-GF is used as the support material for itself, please remove the support structure before excessive moisture absorption.

Purefil PA6 GF10 has a dimensional stability temperature of up to 210°C and is therefore particularly suitable for high-temperature applications.
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Benefits
Despite this high heat resistance, the printing temperature is only 240-280°C and can therefore be processed with most 3D printers.
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Warping and shrinkage
Low shrinkage
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Moisture sensitivity
PA6 has a very high moisture absorption, which also influences the properties.
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Moisture sensitivity
The PA6 GF10 filament should therefore be stored in airtight packaging and, if possible, pre-dried using a suitable filament dryer before 3D printing.
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Moisture sensitivity
This accelerates water absorption, which otherwise takes between 4-6 weeks depending on the humidity.
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Moisture sensitivity
The moisture absorption significantly increases the elongation at break and the impact strength.
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Moisture sensitivity
The component dimensions may change slightly due to moisture absorption (Expansion)
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Nozzle wear
Increased abrasion in the printing nozzle
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Nozzle wear
Hardened steel nozzle recommended
Fabru, Polyamid 6 glass fiber 10% (PA6 GF10)p. 1 - Printing advice
In order to quickly achieve the final properties of the printed component, the printed object can be placed in a water bath.

What the maker says (6)
- Benefits
It is characterised by excellent mechanical properties, enhanced heat resistance and reduced warping behavior, as well as very good chemical resistance.
Extrudr, TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DURAPRO PA6 GFp. 1 - Warping and shrinkage
Low warping
Extrudr, TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DURAPRO PA6 GFp. 1 - Moisture sensitivity
The glass fiber reinforcement enables improved tensile strength and high stiffness, while its higher moisture absorption contributes to increased impact resistance.
Extrudr, TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DURAPRO PA6 GFp. 1 - Nozzle wear
Hardened Nozzle Yes
Extrudr, TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DURAPRO PA6 GFp. 1 - Nozzle wear
Note: Due to the abrasive nature of the glass fibers, a hardened nozzle (e.g., hardened steel or ruby nozzle) is strongly recommended.
Extrudr, TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DURAPRO PA6 GFp. 1 - Printing advice
Additionally, a nozzle diameter of at least 0.6 mm should be used to prevent clogging and ensure smooth extrusion.
